We don't eat restaurant food here everyday...so when we travel
in places with Chinese food, we also eat the local jia1 chang2
bian4 fan4. The farming community will have their own version of
jia1 xiang1 fan4...oh no, thinking about it makes me miss their
potato dish and chilli paste.
